Please choose your items carefully. We are unable to offer refunds for a change of mind. We are happy to exchange your item, providing you contact us within 7 days of purchase. In this case, postage costs will need to be covered by you. Items must have original tags still attached, and be in an unworn condition to exchange them.
In the event of an item being faulty, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement. Please note that a replacement may not always be available, in which case we will contact you to arrange an alternative item or a refund. In this instance we will cover postage costs.
